The 200 USD deposit per person is non-refundable once Machu Picchu entrance tickets have been purchased, which occurs within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Cancellations more than 30 days before departure receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations between 15 and 30 days receive a 50% refund of the land cost. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
