When writing to us about a booking inquiry, including your preferred travel dates, the number of people in your group, and the tour format you are interested in will help us respond with a specific and useful answer rather than a generic one.

4. EMERGENCY CONTACT

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT CONTACTING US
How quickly do you respond to inquiries? WhatsApp messages receive a response within a few hours during our operating hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Cusco time. Emails receive a response within 24 hours on business days. For urgent matters we always recommend WhatsApp over email.
Can I visit the office without an appointment? Yes. We welcome walk-in visitors during office hours. If you are planning to visit specifically to discuss a group booking or a complex itinerary, letting us know in advance by WhatsApp means we can have the right person available to give you the time your inquiry deserves.
What time zone is Cusco on? Cusco operates on Peru Standard Time, which is UTC minus 5 hours year-round. Peru does not observe daylight saving time, so the offset from other time zones remains constant throughout the year. Our 8:00 AM opening time corresponds to 1:00 PM in London, 8:00 AM in New York, and 11:00 PM in Sydney.
Do you have a representative at the airport? Airport pickup can be arranged for groups and for individual travelers who request it at least 14 days before arrival. Our representative will meet you at the arrivals exit holding a sign with your name. This service must be confirmed in advance and is not available as a walk-up service at the airport.
I am already in Cusco and want to book for tomorrow. Is that possible? For most dates it is possible to confirm a departure with very short notice if Machu Picchu entrance tickets are still available for your chosen date and circuit. Contact us immediately by WhatsApp with your passport information and preferred tour format and we will check availability and confirm within a few hours. During peak season this is more difficult and we cannot guarantee same-day or next-day availability.
I am a solo traveler. Can I join a group departure? Yes. Solo travelers are welcome on all standard group departures. A single room supplement of $40 USD per night applies if you require a private room. If you are comfortable sharing accommodation with another solo traveler of the same gender, we will pair you where possible and the supplement does not apply. Let us know your preference when you get in touch.
