    A deposit of $200 USD per person is required at the time of booking to confirm your place on a departure and to begin the process of purchasing your Machu Picchu entrance ticket. This deposit is paid through our WeTravel platform by credit or debit card. The deposit is non-refundable once Machu Picchu entrance tickets have been purchased, which typically occurs within 48 hours of booking confirmation.<\/p>

    The balance of your tour cost is due no later than 30 days before your departure date. Payment can be made through WeTravel by credit or debit card or in cash at our Cusco office in US dollars or Peruvian soles. Online payments through WeTravel carry a small processing fee which will be communicated at the time of payment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date receive a full refund of all payments made minus the non-refundable deposit and any booking fees charged by the payment platform.<\/p>

      Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the departure date receive a 50 percent refund of the land cost of the tour. The deposit remains non-refundable.<\/p>

      Cancellations made within 14 days of the departure date are non-refundable. No refund is available for cancellations in this period regardless of the reason.<\/p>

      We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation before booking any Inca Jungle tour.         Once Machu Picchu entrance tickets have been purchased it is generally not possible to change your departure date. The government platform that issues Machu Picchu tickets does not permit date changes after purchase and tickets are non-transferable. If you need to change your date before ticket purchase has occurred, contact us immediately and we will advise on what is possible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          Each traveler is responsible for providing accurate passport information at the time of booking. Any inaccuracy in the name, passport number, date of birth, or nationality provided may result in denial of entry at Machu Picchu and the train, and Inca Jungle cannot be held responsible for the consequences of inaccurate information provided by the traveler.<\/p>

          If your passport changes after booking, contact us immediately. A name or number change fee of $25 USD per person applies and requires copies of both old and new passports.             By booking an Inca Jungle tour you confirm that you are in adequate physical health to undertake the activities described in the itinerary of the tour you have selected. If you have any medical condition, injury, or health concern that may affect your ability to participate in any activity on the route, you are responsible for disclosing this to us at the time of booking and for obtaining medical clearance from a qualified doctor before travel.<\/p>

              Inca Jungle cannot be held responsible for changes to the itinerary, delays, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control including extreme weather, natural disasters, government decisions, strikes, civil unrest, or any other event that prevents the normal operation of the tour.                 Adventure tourism involves inherent risks that cannot be entirely eliminated. By booking an Inca Jungle tour you acknowledge that the activities included in the itinerary carry a degree of risk and that you are participating with full awareness of this.
